Seeking BE/BC Urologist to join a hospital-employed Urology practice at a fully private, not-for-profit hospital in Tallahassee, FL. The position offers a 3-year guaranteed salary in the upper range of MGMA.

1. Currently, the practice includes 4 full-time physicians. We are seeking a 4th full-time Urologist to join our new hospital-employed practice.
2. The physician will provide a full range of outpatient urological services and share hospital call duties, aiming for a call rotation of 1:10 or better.
3. The hospital is equipped with advanced technology and support to facilitate comprehensive urological care.
4. The outpatient practice opened in October 2022, presenting a great opportunity for new team members.
