Physician / Urology / California / Permanent / Urologist Needed - East of Los Angeles Job

Well-established group seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their multi-specialty team. Position is full time, Monday through Friday 8-6pm and permanent offering PTO, CME, competitive compensation which includes a two year guarantee, RVU bonus, and more! This position is in high demand with excellent growth and earning potential. They are looking for someone with robotic training, capable of seeing 25-30 patients per day. The role includes OR time in the hospital, with a call schedule of 1:3 covering three local hospitals within the community. FPM-RS subspecialty is strongly preferred but not required. The group has a long-standing, dedicated support staff, promotes work/life balance, and is passionate about providing individualized care.

Responsibilities may include:

  1. Diagnose and treat a variety of urinary tract conditions, including infections, kidney stones, bladder cancer, and prostate cancer.
  2. Develop treatment plans, recommending medications, surgeries, and procedures tailored to each patient.
  3. Perform surgical procedures such as vasectomies, prostatectomies, kidney stone removals, and bladder reconstructions.
  4. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all patient interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Expertise in diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical interventions, and patient care management across all ages.
  2. MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.
  3. Current California medical license.
  4. Graduate of an accredited Urology Residency program.
  5. Evidence of ongoing education and self-development to meet licensing requirements.
