Granger Medical Clinic in West Valley City, Utah seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our established Urology group. The physician will provide comprehensive urologic care, perform procedures, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients.

Responsibilities include evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, charting in the eClinicalWorks EMR, and participating in on-call coverage as part of the group.

Overview

Granger Medical is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our existing Urology group, as part of Granger's multi-specialty medical clinic in West Valley City, Utah.

Job Summary

The Physician is responsible for Urology-specific patient care; including but not limited to: evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs. Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks. Physician will be involved in call coverage as shared with the group.

Minimum Requirements

• Appropriate & applicable licensure, education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
• Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient care
