Summary
The Muskogee Oklahoma VA is currently recruiting for a Physician - Urologist at the Ernest Childers Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic.

Duties

• The Urologist provides surgical treatment for urologic injuries and diseases, performs a full range of urological surgical procedures, and offers diagnostic, management, and counseling services to the Veteran population served by this facility.
• Ensures the provision of high-quality and safe patient care both in and outside of the operating room.
• Core Surgery Service/Urology Privileges include the ability to admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and consult on patients with illnesses or injuries of the genitourinary system.
• Applicants must have provided inpatient or consultative services for at least 50 patients in the past 12 months.
• Must document provision of urological surgery services of comparable scope and complexity within the past 24 months (waived if training was completed in the last year).
