Description:We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join our established and high-volume Urology team.This is an exceptional opportunity to practice general urology with advanced robotic technology and strong clinical support.As a Urologist, you will provide general urologic care to adult patients in both outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical settings.You will participate in high-volume clinical practice with immediate patient demand.Your responsibilities include performing diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions.You will collaborate with a team of established Urologists plus a community partner.Participation in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies is required.You will utilize state-of-the-art equipment including DaVinci XI robots and Aquablation technology.Working with a robust clinical support staff will be part of your role.You will document care using the Epic EMR system.Contributing to high-quality patient care consistent with established standards is essential.Engaging with teammates and leadership to shape the future of urology services is encouraged.The average number of patients seen per day in the clinic is around 25, with approximately 12 procedures daily.Clinic coverage typically splits between clinic and procedures, with 2.5 days in the clinic and 1.5 days in the OR.Call coverage will have a rotation of 1:4 to 1:6, with a maximum of 6 call days per month - 24-hour call shifts.On average during a call shift, you will see 2-3 consults and perform 1-2 surgeries per day.Clinic and call shifts may occur on the same day.This position offers relocation assistance and loan repayment programs for eligible candidates.
