Job summary

77 Consultants is seeking a qualified Urology physician to deliver comprehensive adult care in a busy practice. You will work with a four-urologist team and a community partner, handling outpatient and hospital cases, including robotic-assisted surgery.

Involvement in interprofessional collaboration and leadership influence is expected. The role features day-time hours, a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and a focus on high-volume patient care within a modern clinical setting utilizing Epic

Qualifications

• Board eligible (within five years of residency) or board certified in urology.
• Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NPDB Self Query report within 30 days of application (required).
• DEA registration (must be secured prior to start).

Responsibilities

• - Deliver comprehensive urologic care to adult patients across both outpatient settings and hospital/surgical environments.
• - Engage in a high-volume clinical practice that addresses immediate patient demands.
• - Conduct diagnoses and perform surgical interventions for various urologic conditions.
• - Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team of four established Urologists alongside a community partner.
• - Participate in hospital call rotation to manage inpatient consultations and emergencies.
• - Utilize advanced technological resources, including two DaVinci XI robotic surgical systems, with an upcoming robotics expansion and Aquablation slated for 2026.
• - Work alongside a well-equipped and efficient clinical support team.
• - Document patient care and treatment plans using the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• - Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while actively engaging with colleagues and leadership to influence the future trajectory of urology services.

Shift Description:

• - Day shift with typical clinical/surgical hours, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• - Board Eligible (within five years of completing residency) or Board Certified in Urology -
