Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System - Liberty Campus is seeking a full-time Urologist to join our growing suburban Kansas City practice. This role offers a broad-based general urology program with opportunities to treat stones, BPH, incontinence, and urologic cancers.

You will join an established team of fellowship-trained clinicians, supported by experienced nursing staff and advanced practice providers to ensure efficient clinic and OR flow at Bell Hospital and Liberty Hospital.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree required.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri.

Responsibilities

  • Provide broad-based general urology care including stones, BPH, incontinence and urologic cancers.
  • Collaborate with a team of nurses and AP providers to ensure efficient clinic and OR flow.
  • Utilize robotic technology when appropriate and maintain high-quality patient care.

The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Urology, Liberty Campus, is seeking a full-time Urologist to join our practice in a growing suburb of Kansas City. The practice is part of The University of Kansas Health System urology program, which is nationally recognized for its highly specialized team of fellowship-trained urologists providing high quality, compassionate care and unmatched diagnosis and treatment of urologic conditions.

This position offers a broad-based general urology practice, treating conditions such as kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urologic cancers. The incoming physician will benefit from an established referral base from within the hospital and surrounding community.

Surgical services include flexible OR block time in well-equipped surgical suites, with access to robotic technology if desired. The role is supported by experienced nursing staff and advanced practice providers, ensuring efficient clinic and OR flow.

Required Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Board certified or board eligible in Urology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
