Qualified candidates will have an MD or DO, be eligible for a WV medical license, completed residency in Urology, and board certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions of the urinary tract and reproductive system.

WVU Health System Medical Group (SMG) seeks a urologist to join a well-established and expanding urology practice with a strong reputation for providing excellent care to a patient base of close to 300,000. Our physicians enjoy dedicated administrative and clinical support and have access to the latest treatment options available. Duties

Successful candidates will diagnose and treat conditions affecting the urinary tract and reproductive system that will include medication management as well as performing surgical procedures. The physician will work both in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. Applicants must have completed an accredited residency in Urology. Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Urology by the American Board of Urology. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
