Ochsner Health – UROLOGY

Ochsner Health is seeking a fellowship trained Board Certified/Board Eligible UROLOGIST, specializing in Men’s Health. Ochsner Health is an integrated healthcare system with more than 38,000 employees and over 4,700 employed and affiliated physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties. It operates 46 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South; and its cutting-edge Connected Health digital medicine program is caring for patients beyond its walls.

The mission of Ochsner’s Department of Urology is to provide the most comprehensive urologic care possible, emphasizing the needs of the individual patient in a compassionate setting. Our 44 physicians provide state-of-the-art medical and surgical care at our clinics extending from eastern Texas to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Fellowship training is preferred with a focus on Men’s Health and minimally invasive BPH therapy. Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and training.

Position Highlights:

• 5 Da Vinci robots (4Xi, 1DV5)
• 13 Urologist, 4 APPs
• Teaching medical students and our Urology residents
• 2 Uronav platforms, ExactVu, HYDROS Aquablation
• Call currently 1:11 at one location
• 3 office procedural suites, 2 hospital cystoscopy suites
• Strong referral base from 46 hospital health system
• Departmental support for clinical, QI and bench research
