$60K Residency Stipend - Generous Sign- On Bonus, Competitive Compensation Package and Visa Sponsorship Available.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Join an established group of 3 MD’s and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • 180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
  • Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians
  • Full Support Staff including APC’s with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
  • Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APC’s taking 1st Inpatient Call
  • State of the Art OR’s with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System
  • Salary Range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
  • Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
  • Sign-on Bonus up to $200K
  • Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws
