The Opportunity

• Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Schererville, Indiana
• Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Munster - Munster, Indiana
• Powers Health South Valparaiso - Valparaiso, Indiana
• Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Wicker - Saint John, Indiana

• These outpatient centers serve the local community, both appointments and walk-ins.
• Additional services include heart care, immediate care, laboratory and therapy services, among others.
• Minor procedures performed at both locations.
• Single provider coverage.
• Will be cross-credentialed at all sites.
• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4:30pm.
