The Practice
Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Schererville, Indiana
Community Hospital Outpatient Center, St. John - St. John, Indiana

• These outpatient centers serve the local community, both appointments and walk-ins.
• Minor procedures performed at both locations.
• Single provider coverage.
• Will be cross-credentialed at both sites.
• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4:30pm.
