Position Summary: CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is seeking to employ an ENT specialist to their service line in San Antonio, TX. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible and possess a Texas Medical License, which will be required prior to employment. Due to increasing demand and a shortage of available providers, CHRISTUS has identified ENT services as a priority in the region.

Currently, there are limited in-network ENT providers, resulting in long wait times and many referrals to external providers. To address this, CHRISTUS aims to expand its ENT team, with the goal of growing to three ENT providers over the next three years to meet patient demand.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of an expanding, dynamic team supported by a well-established healthcare system and a robust patient base.
