Physician / Tennessee / Locum or Permanent / Medical Laboratory Scientist OR MT OR MLT - Multiple Shifts Available!

NEW Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist opening at a laboratory that provides comprehensive clinical pathology services. This laboratory is fully certified by the state of Tennessee, the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the Joint Commission, and the Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).

We are looking to hire a permanent and full-time Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist for day, evening, or night shifts. There are generalist opportunities as well as specialized roles in hematology, chemistry, special chemistry, and microbiology.

The Medical Technologist/MLT is responsible for specimen processing, analysis, and results reporting on a daily basis.

Requirements for consideration include:

1. A Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
2. MT or MLS Certification through ASCP (or equivalent).
3. Must have or be willing to obtain a Tennessee State License.
