Job summary

Vituity, a 100% physician-owned partnership, is seeking Tele Urgent Care Physicians to join a remote team serving patients across WA and beyond.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urgent Care.
• Active WA license or eligibility is a plus.
• Experience delivering urgent care via telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services via telemedicine.
• Maintain licensure and deliver patient care across sites.
• Collaborate with local teams within the Vituity partnership model.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
