Job summary

Vituity seeks Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join a physician-owned partnership with autonomy and local control. A current state license is a plus and clinicians participate in a transparent profit-distribution model.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
