AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a physician to provide medical services to patients under a team-based care model. You will deliver care aligned with population health principles and integrated delivery of care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualified candidates have a valid California medical license, board certification or eligibility within 18 months, and experience with electronic medical records. A comprehensive compensation package and benefits are included.

• Experience and training as a physician is required.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.
• Board certification in the chosen specialty required or Board Eligible, with intent to become board certified within 18 months.
