AltaMed Health Services seeks a physician in California to deliver patient care within a Team-Based Care Model focused on population health and evidence-based medicine. You will practice with an emphasis on integrated delivery and appropriate resource use.

Requirements include medical license in CA and board certification or eligible with plan to certify within 18 months. Valid BLS or higher is required; EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in California with board certification in specialty or board eligible (must become board certified within 18 months).
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• BLS certification or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to AltaMed patients following Team-Based Care Model.
• Deliver care aligned with population health and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize resources effectively and participate in integrated delivery of care.
