Job summary

CompHealth is assisting in the placement of a leadership role to design and lead a brand-new Surgical ICU division in Northwest Indiana. The position offers hospital employment with integrated Emergency Medicine, Pulmonary Critical Care, and Hospitalist teams, plus daytime and overnight APP support from an experienced Trauma and Surgical Critical Care team.

• Hospital-employed position with highly integrated EM, Pulmonary Critical Care, and Hospitalist teams.
• Daytime and overnight APP support with experienced Trauma and Surgical Critical Care team.
• Call shared among group: daytime primary trauma and overnight trauma coverage.
• Leadership role in Trauma Committee, Peer Review, and quality improvement initiatives.
