Job summary

Banner Health in Casper, Wyoming seeks a qualified BC/BE Trauma Surgeon to join our growing Trauma Surgery Group. This full-time role offers APP support and call coverage in a leading regional trauma center. Enjoy a robust compensation package including a $100k sign-on and relocation assistance.

Ideal candidates will have an MD or DO, completed General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care training, with Wyoming licensure or eligibility. Experience is welcome, new graduates encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, comfortable with working independently, and focused on excellent patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA General /surgery Residency program
• Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Training
• BE/BC in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
• Experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wyoming

Practice Details:

• Full-time
• 84 - 24 hr. shifts annually or 12 hours shifts are an option.
• Supported by APPs
• Call Required

Salary and Benefits:

• 495K Base + wRVU and value pay
• 100K Sign-on Incentive includes Relocation
• Loan repayment of up to $100K
• Graduating Fellow? $1500/monthly stipend while you finish your training when you sign early!
• Wyoming has NO STATE INCOME TAX
