Qualifications

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Trauma or Acute Care Surgery.
Interest in trauma surgery and emergency general surgery.
Experience with surgical critical care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide surgical care to trauma patients in a Level II trauma center.
Work with a multidisciplinary trauma team to ensure quality care.
Engage in emergency general surgery and surgical critical care.

Seeking BE/BC Trauma/Acute Care Surgeon with interest in trauma surgery, emergency general surgery and surgical critical care at Level II, 400+ bed regional hub hospital in Northwest Pennsylvania.

Accredited Level II Trauma Center (only trauma center within a 90 mi. radius)
Multidisciplinary trauma team, including, but not limited to, trauma surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists and cardiovascular surgeons
Annual trauma patient volume 2000+
24/7 advanced practice provider support
Trauma bays featuring leading-edge diagnostic and testing equipment
