Position: BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Surgeon-owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
2. Perform surgical procedures including extraction of impacted or damaged teeth, placement of dental implants, and removal of tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
5. Understand the importance of the referral base and strategies to expand and grow it.
6. Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
7. Understand full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
8. Be implant-oriented with a desire to perform procedures at the highest level.
