Job Opportunity: BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Surgeon owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
2. Perform surgical procedures including extraction of impacted or damaged teeth, placement of dental implants, and removal of tumors and abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
5. Understand the importance of referral base and strategies to expand and grow it.
6. Utilize digital workflows or demonstrate willingness to learn.
7. Understand full arch protocols or be willing to learn.
8. Focus on implant procedures and aspire to perform them at the highest level.
