Don't miss this lucrative bread and butter general surgery opportunity in a Midwestern small city of 50K within 45 minutes of a metro of 650K. Join an independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty group with 100 providers. Our client is seeking a GS to join two others and replace a surgeon leaving for family reasons. Compensation includes:

• $500K Base
• $50K Sign-on bonus
• $1000-1200 per shift call pay

Call schedule: 1:3. The hospital is a 200-bed, NFP, independent facility with Level III Trauma Center status. The position offers an 18-month track to partnership/stockholder status. Da Vinci XI robotic surgery system is available.
