Job Opportunity: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Surgeon-owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE / BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
  2. Perform surgical procedures such as extracting impacted or damaged teeth, placing dental implants, and removing tumors and abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
  3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
  4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
  5. Understand the importance of the referral base and strategies to expand and grow it.
  6. Utilize digital workflows or willingness to learn.
  7. Understand full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
  8. Be implant-oriented with a desire to perform at the highest level.
