Job description

Surgeon-owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
2. Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
5. Understand the importance of the referral base and how to expand and grow it.
6. Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
7. Understand full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
8. Be implant-oriented and eager to learn how to perform implants at the highest level.
