Surgeon-owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
2. Perform surgical procedures such as extracting impacted or damaged teeth, placing dental implants, and removing tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
5. Understand the importance of the referral base and strategies to expand and grow it.
6. Be willing to learn or proficient in utilizing a digital workflow.
7. Understand full arch protocols or be willing to learn them.
8. Be implant-oriented with a desire to perform at the highest level.
