The role involves performing surgical procedures such as tooth extractions, dental implants, and tumor removals, while utilizing advanced technology and a patient-centric approach. Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient-centric approach.
• Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
• Understand the importance of a referral base and how to expand/grow it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant-oriented and desire to learn how to perform them at the highest level.
