Job description

Surgeon-owned and led practice in Huntsville, AL is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures including extraction of impacted or damaged teeth, placement of dental implants, and removal of tumors and abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
• Utilize a patient-centric approach.
• Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
• Understand the importance of the referral base and strategies to expand it.
• Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Focus on implant procedures and desire to perform at the highest level.
