Job description

Cardio-thoracic Surgeon needed in Ohio. Established practice needs a physician to replace a current provider of 13 years.

Practice includes:

1. 2 cardiologists, 1 is interventional
2. 2 additional private practice interventional cardiologists support the program

Shift Times: 8am - 4:30pm

Clinic: 1-4 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays

1-2 weekends per month; 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday

Procedures include:

• Thoracic Surgery
• Bypass Surgery (CABG)
• Valve Replacement
• Peripheral Vascular Aneurysm Repair

EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certified Thoracic Surgery - Required
• Ohio License at time of submission - Required
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience - Required

The cardiovascular surgeons at the facility specialize in treatments for patients with heart disorders or diseases, such as:

• Adult cardiac surgery
• Aortic aneurysm surgery
• Aortic valve surgery
• Coronary bypass surgery
• Internal cardiac defibrillator insertion
• Pacemaker insertion
• Valve repair and replacement surgery
• Vascular surgery
