Physician / Surgery - Cardiothoracic / Alabama / Permanent / Cardiothoracic Surgeon Physician - Southern Alabama - $100k Sign on bonus!

Practice Highlights:

1. Established group of 2 board-certified surgeons and 2 PAs
2. Call shared at 1:3
3. Autonomous PAs assisting in the OR, performing vein harvesting, facilitating rounds, and seeing patients in post-op clinic
4. Clinic space located in the hospital
5. Cardiovascular Institute, a multidisciplinary clinic shared with Interventional/EP Cardiology and Vascular Surgery, on hospital campus
6. Scope includes all aspects of cardiac and thoracic surgery: CABG, minimally invasive lung and valve surgery, and structural heart procedures (including TAVR, MitraClip, etc.)
7. 28 ORs with endovascular and open heart suites; daVinci robotic surgical system available
8. Strong referral base from Cardiology and Primary Care
