*Doctors at select locations receive additional 15% payAbout the Position:Within a structured, multidisciplinary team, provide primary care that may include treatment related to:

• Routine Preventative Care
• Chronic disease management and education
• Public Health
• Addiction Medicine
• HIV/HCV Care

Here, physicians have access to the tools needed for successful delivery of care, including:

• Expansive Drug Formulary
• Comprehensive Care Guides
• Referrals to Specialty Care and Services
