Join Parachute in Hartsville, SC is seeking a Physician Substitute to ensure donor health and safety on a lean, high-energy team. You’ll work with center staff to create a positive environment for donors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Certified/licensed as RN, Paramedic, LPN, Advanced/Intermediate or Basic EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
• Opportunity for increased responsibilities with potential for higher earnings.
