Join Parachute in Hartsville, SC is seeking a Paramedic (Physician Substitute) to join a lean, high-growth center team. You will help ensure donor health, conduct screenings, and contribute to a welcoming donor experience. The role offers competitive hourly pay and potential monthly bonuses as the program scales.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with center staff, maintain health logs, and cross-train in phlebotomy and station installation to support rapid growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified/licensed Paramedic in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Formation

High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education

Certified/licensed Paramedic in the state of employment

Current BLS or CPR certification
