Job description

Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join their team.

1. Strong support of sub-specialists and support staff to complement the team approach to patient care, including: 4 perinatal APPs, 2 genetic counselors, 12 obstetricians, 7 OB APPs, 4 nurse midwives, 6 neonatologists, 17 neonatal APPs.
2. 14-bed LDR unit with dedicated O.R. suites for C-sections and a 24-bed postpartum unit, providing for approximately 2,400 annual births.
3. State-of-the-art clinic attached to the hospital with 5 ultrasound rooms equipped with GE Ultrasounds.
4. Clinic staff includes: 4 APPs assisting with admissions and rounds, 4 RNs, 2 Genetic Counselors, and 11 sonographers.
5. The MFM clinic reads scans and provides telemedicine services for 14 sites across the tri-state area.
6. Labor & Delivery has a dedicated Maternal Fetal Transport team.
7. The Neonatal services feature a new 38-bed Level III NICU with pediatric sub-specialists in anesthesiology, surgery, cardiology, pulmonology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, and radiology.
