Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Festus, Missouri is seeking a compassionate Physician to join our fast-paced urgent care network. This full-time role offers a generous sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including CME allowance and retirement contributions.

You will provide high-quality care across age groups, perform minor procedures, read EKGs/X-rays, supervise advanced practice providers, and collaborate with a supportive team in a modern Epic EMR environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Active state medical license.
• 2 years post-residency experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
• Experience treating patients across all age groups.
• Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting; ability to read EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of clinical services for acute conditions.
• Take medical histories and order diagnostic tests while treating patients.
• Make diagnoses and prescribe medications.
• Perform minor procedures and vaccinations.
• Document progress and coordinate follow-up care; supervise PA/NPs as needed.
