Job summary

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Minnesota is seeking a Board-certified Physician to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. You’ll provide a wide range of clinical services in a modern setting, with flexible scheduling options and access to Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds.
• Active state medical license.
• At least 2 years post-residency clinical experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Experience treating patients of all ages.
• Proficient in suturing, splinting, and reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to collaborate with advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with acute conditions.
• Take medical histories and order diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and prescribe medications.
• Perform minor procedures and administer vaccines.
• Document progress and coordinate follow-up care.
• Supervise and collaborate with PA/NPs, including remote supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds

Your Role:

As a Physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you’ll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including:

• Examining and treating patients with acute conditions
