Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned departments to align with objectives.
• Develop departmental goals and standards in support of the organization’s strategy.
• Manage staff relations, performance, engagement, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and development.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure equipment functionality and inventory levels; justify needs for systems and tools.
