Job summary

Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) seeks a Physician Services Coordinator to support credentialing, hospital privileges, and recruiting processes. You’ll manage credentialing, recredentialing, and maintain provider records with NCQA standards in mind.

This role coordinates hospital applications, privileges, and reappointments, while assisting onboarding and benefits administration. A detail-oriented candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance across credentialing activities and

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
  • 2+ years credentialing experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

MANA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Physician Services Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our physicians and advanced practice providers throughout their professional journey with our organization. In this position, you will oversee provider credentialing and recredentialing, coordinate hospital appointments and reappointments, maintain critical provider records, and assist with physician recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. What You'll Do
  • Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing processes in accordance with NCQA standards.
  • Coordinate hospital applications, privileges, and reappointments.
