Job summary

Atrius Health is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine resident to join our Physician Resident Pathways - Primary Care (Remote) program. The program supports your transition from residency into practice with a guaranteed salary in the final training year and mentorship from experienced physicians.

You will gain exposure to value-based care and a population health approach, in a setting that combines virtual and facility-based experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year (PGY2).
• Local Massachusetts resident preferred; open to other areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive a guaranteed salary in the final year of training.
• Learn to operate in a value-based care model within a population health framework.
• Benefit from mentorship from experienced physicians during the transition to practice.
• Complete the customized program at Atrius Health facilities or virtually (1–3 hours/month).

Resident Physician Pathways position is offered in conjunction with securing a signed post-residency employment agreement with Atrius Health

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts--open to other areas as well

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
