Atrius Health, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program.

As part of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll gain exposure to value-based care, with mentorship from experienced physicians and a pathway to post-residency employment. The program may be completed onsite at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually, requiring a small monthly time commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident.

Responsibilities

• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice and ease transition from training into practice.
• Program may be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with a small time commitment (1-3 hours per month).

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts--open to other areas as well

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
