Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Physician Liaison to serve as the primary contact between the organization and healthcare providers across New Mexico. This role focuses on expanding our therapy services and strengthening relationships with diagnosing doctors, schools, hospitals, and community organizations.

You will travel the state to meet providers, schedule visits, and promote our services while maintaining records of interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in a liaison, sales, or outreach role, preferably in healthcare or therapy-related fields.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across New Mexico.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel across New Mexico to meet with healthcare providers and organizations.
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits with multiple appointments per day.
• Make introductory calls to new providers to schedule appointments and introduce services.
• Transition calls to regular check-ins with established relationships.
• Maintain records of interactions, progress, feedback, and next steps.
