Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in the Seattle area (Kent and SeaTac) is seeking a full-time Physician Liaison to join our team. The role blends sales and public relations as you promote clinic services and build referral networks with local physicians.

You will manage a designated territory, cultivate relationships with providers and office staff, and help grow patient referrals while representing our brand in the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in healthcare marketing & outreach.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives to build volume and positive provider perceptions.
• Develops and implements outreach, relationship-building, and marketing plans to meet clinic growth goals.
• Exhibits time management, organization, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyzes referral data and checks the DMR daily to inform campaigns.
• Uses templates and programs for lead tracking and referral management.
• Develops strong business relationships with local community organizations.
• Works with scheduling, front desk, and clinical staff.
• Maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and their staff.
• Uses research-based methods to build awareness and trust in the community.
• Identifies referral sources and target audiences within the territory.
