Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support physician recruitment and assist with operations and corporate recruitment. The role focuses on coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring smooth hiring workflows across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and HR systems experience, including Paylocity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting or administrative support in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Paylocity, and familiarity with job posting platforms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Knowledge of healthcare or corporate recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules for physician recruiting and other departments.
• Assist with posting jobs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate progress.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity) with candidate information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to facilitate recruitment workflows.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate communications.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Develop and post job advertisements on multiple platforms.
