Coverage details: Credentialing completion required.

Qualifications: Active TN license or Active IMLC, Board Certified.

Job Summary:

• M-F 3pm-5pm
• Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm

Case Mix: BD 0.64%, CR 8.90%, CT 33.21%, MG 12.54%, MR 7.43%, NM 0.51%, RF 0.71%, US 7.05%

Procedures: Inpatient Routine, Other Routine, Stat, Stroke, Powerscribe 4.0.
