Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established outpatient cardiovascular and interventional practice in Jacksonville, FL. You will step into existing endovascular and embolization volume and have the opportunity to grow the IR program around your training and clinical interests.

The role offers a high total compensation potential, with a substantial base salary and productivity bonus, along with a daytime schedule and an outpatient

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certified or board eligible in vascular & interventional radiology.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.

$700K–$850K Base + Up to $400K Annual Bonus | 100% Outpatient | No Call, Nights or Weekends

We are seeking a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join an established and expanding outpatient cardiovascular and interventional practice in Jacksonville, FL.

You’ll step into existing endovascular and embolization volume while having the opportunity to grow the IR program around your training, expertise, and clinical interests.

700,000–$850,000 base salary + Up to $400,000/year productivity bonus = Potential total compensation of $1.1M–$1.25M

• ~Monday–Friday daytime schedule No nights No weekends No call
• ~ Existing accredited Office-Based Lab (OBL)
• ~ New Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) under development
• ~ The incoming physician will have access to an established procedural base that includes:
  • Additional outpatient IR procedures based on training and interests
  • Medical Director responsibilities related to imaging services
