HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is partnering with a Jacksonville clinic to recruit a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist for an all-outpatient IR role. Expect no hospital call, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and a robust earnings potential with base salary and productivity bonuses.

The physician will manage endovascular and embolization procedures, contribute to PET/CT and CT interpretations, and help expand imaging services within an established outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certification in vascular and interventional radiology is required.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
• Strong endovascular and interventional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures within outpatient setting.
• Support PET/CT and CT interpretation responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain imaging accreditation and participate in quality initiatives.
• Expand the IR service line and procedural volume in the outpatient program.

$700K–$850K Base + Up to $400K Annual Bonus | 100% Outpatient | No Call, Nights or Weekends

We are seeking a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join an established and expanding outpatient cardiovascular and interventional practice in Jacksonville, FL.

This is a unique opportunity to build and expand an outpatient IR practice within an established, high-volume setting. You'll step into existing endovascular and embolization volume while having the opportunity to grow the IR program around your training, expertise, and clinical interests.

No hospital work required.

Compensation & Highlights

• $700,000–$850,000 base salary + Up to $400,000/year productivity bonus = Potential total compensation of $1.1M–$1.25M

Procedures

The incoming physician will have access to an established procedural base that includes:

• Complex peripheral vascular interventions
• Genicular artery embolization
• Prostate artery embolization
• Uterine artery embolization
• Hemorrhoidal artery embolization
• Additional outpatient IR procedures based on training and interests

This position offers significant flexibility to develop additional procedures and expand the IR program.

Imaging Responsibilities

In addition to interventional procedures, responsibilities may include:

• PET/CT interpretation/overreads
• CT interpretation, primarily cardiac
• Medical Director responsibilities related to imaging services
• Maintaining applicable imaging accreditation
• Opportunity to expand imaging services based on experience and interests

Qualifications
