3. Schedule: Full-time, 7 am - 4:30 pm onsite coverage with teleradiology after hours
4. Board Certification: BC/BE in Radiology
5. Modalities: Interventional, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray or CR, CT, Pediatrics, Nuclear Medicine
6. Census: Annual volume 128,000, approximately 5 cases per day
7. License Requirement: Must have an active Illinois license
8. Privileges: 120-180 days; expedited privileging within 30 days
