Essentia Health is seeking a Radiologist to provide general diagnostic radiology services across multiple sites in North Dakota. Candidates will maintain high-quality imaging practices and collaborate with a skilled team while performing essential interventional procedures.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $571,000 along with bonuses and several benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) contributions.

Position Overview

Radiology – 1.0 FTE, Fargo, ND or Bismarck, ND.

Practice Details

The practice comprises 9 radiologists, including 5 diagnostic radiologists in Fargo, 2 in Bismarck, and 2 in Detroit Lakes. Clinical sites (MDC) include 1 MRI, 1 CT, US, mammography, and general radiology. The Fargo Hospital location features state‑of‑the‑art equipment: 2 MRI, 2 CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, DEXA, mammography, and general radiology, with fully implemented PACS and voice dictation. Off‑site overnight coverage and separate IR call are available.

Provide general diagnostic radiology services across the three sites, maintain high‑quality imaging practices, collaborate with team members, and perform basic interventional procedures such as lumbar puncture and musculoskeletal injections where required.

Compensation

Base compensation of $571,000, with eligibility for bonuses, quality incentives, and production‑based compensation.

Location

Fargo‑Moorhead: population 225,000; Bismarck‑Mandan: population 100,251. The regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
