Job description

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Pulmonologist / Sleep Medicine Specialist to join a team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota as a sole specialist.

  1. Work a 4 1/2 day work week during normal clinic hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM).
  2. No Call, weekends, or holidays.
  3. Autonomous work environment and flexible work schedule within practice.
  4. Procedures performed regularly: Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, & Sleep Studies.
  5. Average 15-18 patients per day.
Compensation and Benefits
  1. Guaranteed salary for the first 2 contract years, with potential for additional compensation based on production.
  2. Opportunity to earn above guaranteed salary if production hours are exceeded.
  3. 6 weeks paid time off during the guarantee period.
  4. Insurance coverage: health, dental, life, disability (long and short term), and full malpractice coverage.
  5. Annual employer contribution of 10% of wages toward retirement, fully vested after one year without employee contribution.
  6. Retirement plan options include: 401K, profit sharing, and cash balance plan.
  7. Two-year partnership track into Medical Group, offering additional retirement savings opportunities.
  8. Generous sign-on bonus and relocation stipend.
  9. CME reimbursement, professional dues, and memberships.
